3D ENVIRONMENT ART — Donut Escape
This project is a stylized narrative environment created in Unreal Engine 5.
It tells a small visual story about a donut character attempting to leave a breakfast table and reunite with friends inside a refrigerator.
The scene unfolds through a sequence of spatial interactions, where the character climbs across everyday objects and activates a chain-reaction mechanism that ultimately opens the fridge door.
The focus of the project is on using environment layout, timing, and visual progression to guide the viewer through a playful and character-driven moment.
My contributions include:
• Story concept and environment layout design
• Design and animation of the mechanical chain reaction
• Basic prop rigging and animation setup
• Cinematic camera sequencing
The scene was built using asset kits combined with custom adjustments to achieve a cohesive stylized atmosphere and readable visual flow.
