Hi, I’m Jingyi Zhu, I also call myself as Fiona. I’m a 3D animator, illustrator, and storyteller with a passion for crafting unique narratives and visuals. My journey into animation started after studying finance, but I’ve since found my true calling in bringing stories to life through art and technology.

Some of my favorite projects include Pumpkin’s Death and Clouds of Mountain. In Pumpkin’s Death, I explored themes of transformation and time using a stylized approach to storytelling. Clouds of Mountain, on the other hand, tells a heartwarming story of perseverance and self-discovery, set against vibrant and dynamic landscapes.

I’ve also enjoyed diving into more unconventional themes. In Strange Zoo, I designed surreal monsters and eerie environments that blend whimsy and darkness. Sound takes a deeper, experimental approach, exploring the tension between AI and self-identity, and how the pursuit of perfection can challenge authenticity.

Beyond animations, my portfolio includes illustrations, storyboards, character designs, sketches, and photography. Each piece reflects my love for storytelling and my constant curiosity to explore new creative horizons. I believe animation is a powerful way to connect with people and inspire new ways of thinking.
